Holtby has been very good as you say. I still don't think he is the Price category, etc. as he tends to give up a weak goal most every game even when he is playing well (if that makes sense). But last night was a prime example of his goal tending. If he hadn't hung tough at the end the Caps would have imploded. They don't have enough offense to make up for an off night from Holtby or Grubs.

Sure he is, but if your goalie plays above a sustainable level and you're still only in 8th place, you're in trouble.

Hey, it worked for the Habs for years. The caps have at least a couple more to enjoy before the party dies out.
